Paris Prepares for the Tour de France

Le-Tour-de-France-Logo-FontAs I walked around the Place de la Concorde on Thursday, scouting out some photos opportunities for later in the evening, I noticed the first substantial visual signs that final preparations were being made for the penultimate stage of the 2015 Tour de France on Sunday, July 26, 2015. I find it impressive how such a monumental task of preparing for the thousands of spectators (specifically the seating areas and the stand) are really only visible to tourists days before the grand finale.

I’ll post more photos on the big day!

Seating for the thousands of spectators is set up for the penultimate stage of the 2015 Tour de France along the Champs-Élysées.

There is never a shortage of Tour de France "gear" for sale!
