Summer 2017 in the Canadian Maritimes

Adventures of David, Jelynne and Eva

An Early Start

I was hoping to capture some some intriguing sunrise photos this morning along The Seine (near Notre Dame) in Paris so I set my alarm for 5:00 a.m. (the sun rose this morning at 6:08). However, I should have slept in because it was overcast and didn’t make for photos that I call are living… just flat. I’m not sure why, or perhaps it’s just my luck, but it often seems cloudy first thing in the morning in Paris.

As I’m sitting down now at Trocadéro to have my petite déjeuner, the sun is beginning to shine through. It’s going to be a beautiful day! The sunrise photos will have to be sunset photos instead.
